These models are provided unpainted and unassembled. Some assembly and cleanup will be required.

Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will address your concerns.
Defective parts will be replaced at our expense.
Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. We cannot accept returns outside of 30 days. To be eligible for a refund we must receive the product in the condition you received it in. Still sealed (if applicable) with miniatures unpainted, unassembled and untampered with.
Shipping
We are not responsible for customs, duties or taxes applied to international shipping. All shipping originates in the US unless stated otherwise.
We cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by the shipping carrier. Please let us know if you'd like to insure your purchase prior to shipping.
