The Noh Empire Battle Box comes with 9 miniatures, unit profiles cards, and one Esper deck, providing everything you need to field a 35 point Noh Empire Cadre.
What little they know of us is true. We have ravaged unnumbered civilizations across hundreds of galaxies. Our vast dragon fleets have darkened uncountable skies and heralded the end of races. Our own forms—blessed to our current stature by Nozuki Himself—have come to embody the very definition of terror across the universe. But we are not simple beasts. We are vassals of Nozuki, Serpent of Endless Hunger, who have forged and locked our chains ourselves. Fulfilling His unceasing demand for blood and souls is the sole purpose of our entire race. All this is good. Most never know their purpose in life. We know for a fact that the noh’s purpose is to slaughter in Nozuki’s name. We embrace this joyfully.
Since time immemorial, the noh have raided across countless stars for wealth, for power, and for the glory of bloodthirsty Nozuki. We have built a moving empire, for our dragon fleets serve as transport, armada, and home. All we have, all we do, all we are is devoted to the worship of Nozuki and furtherance of His designs and desires. We exist only to feed the Endless Hunger. To kill and conquer alone, however, is not enough. We must do more, be more, for Nozuki is a god of debasement as well as blood. We must terrify, horrify, and crush the spirits of our victims. We must break their will to do anything but serve. Only then can we add them to our slave chambers or feed their withered souls to our insatiable god.

The Noh Empire Battle Box comes with Questing Knight High Priestess Zineda and her Cypher Spite, a squad of 2 Kyojin Berskers, a squad of 4 Hounds of Nozuki, and a Beastmaster. With your preference of upgrading the Kyojin Berserkers or Hounds of Nozuki this comes out to 35 points, perfect for Encounter sized games.
This Battle Box includes new sculpts for the Beastmaster, Kyojin Berserkers, and Hounds of Nozuki. The forces of the Noh Empire have never looked better!

With this cadre, you will find numerous combos to maximize damage output. Just one example uses High Priestess Zineda’s Blood Visions action to take 2 attacks with the Kyojin Berserkers.

The Berserker’s Gore Charge attack doesn’t look too exciting to start, with only 3 damage, but it is cheap at 1 red Esper. Because the unit has Coordinated Attack 1, it adds 1 damage per engaged model (beyond the one making the attack). This can quickly get the base damage on the attack up to 6 if you “call in reinforcements” when you buy the box. Next, their press is only 1 green Esper and adds 2 more damage, which should be easy to pay for with the Kyojin Bersker’s impressive melee attack skill of 3. Even better, this press increases to 4 additional damage if the target is injured.

With Zineda activating second, use Blood Visions targeting the Kyojin Berkers to have them make another attack. This means the Berserkers can potentially deal 20 damage (over two attacks) to a single target in one turn.
But that’s just one scenario - The Kyojin Berserkers and the Beastmaster also have actions (Call to Frenzy and Pounce, respectively) that let another friendly unit move and make an attack. All of these actions have the Surge property allowing this cadre the ability to apply maximum pressure whenever and wherever it needs to.

Spite greatly elevates the combat threat this box poses with Enduring Malice. This area of effect adds 6 damage to melee attacks if the target is within 3” of the AoE token. Fang Drain and Soul Gaze also help by forcing your opponent to discard cards, making it harder for them to be able to pay for defense actions.
If you have the Radiant vs Void Two Player Starter, the Dark Pinions and/or Mikhal fit well thanks to their high mobility and ability to attack from a distance or in melee.
Just like the other Battle Boxes, The Noh Empire Box will come with a faction specific Esper deck.
